| Don't Listen To Losers |
A rather famous fellow who doesn't deserve to have his name mentioned here, has
written his own atheist bible. I read that it has ten commandments, which apparently you and I wouldn't want to
read. They're described as "earthy," and would not have been appreciated by King James, who first got
our Holy Bible into print. The article I read described it as eloquent, expansive and profane. My title to this
article denotes my feelings on his writing, and my prayer is that he somehow will see The Light before he dies.
Sometime earlier, I wrote a Conquest article concerning how to choose a bible purchase, and this is definitely one of those
you must steer clear of. It's the kind of trash that young people get involved with, and are led down a path of
destruction. A case in point was in the same newspaper where I read about the atheist bible.
In-depth interviews of 230 young American adults found that they don't really have a concept of right and wrong.
When asked about those two subjects, most realized that such things as rape and murder are wrong, but other things are just
a matter of individual taste. One said it's personal, and said he does what makes him happy...that
he has no other way of knowing what to do, or how he internally feels. How sad that he doesn't go to God's Word,
where he would find out how to "internally feel;" that is, to feel right in his soul. Another
said, he guesses that what makes something right is how one feels about it. But he said that different people feel different
ways, so he couldn't speak on behalf of anyone else as to what's right or wrong...just what he thinks for himself. If you don't have anything special to pray about, include those nameless masses who are headed for
eternal judgment...and who will find out, too late...the difference between right and wrong. Our battle is against such
people as that atheist who has written his own bible, which doesn't even deserve that name on its cover. He is anti-Christ
in the flesh.
