It's interesting that someone can still try to predict when the end of the world will be, and lots of people
will believe it. And all it is, is proof that neither the so-called prophet, nor any of those believers, have read their bible.
First, let's go over the words of Christ himself, who said, "But that day and hour knoweth no man, no, not
the angels of heaven, but my Father only." (Matthew 24:36 and Mark 13:32) What part of those do so many not understand? I
suppose I've read the bible through 15 or so times, and every time I go through it, that verse is still there.
You want details? Try the 24th chapter of Matthew. Among other things, it will tell you as much as you need
to know, but actually, the bible talks of the Second Coming a total of 1,845 times.
I remind you again that every person who owns a bible, should also own a concordance. Because if you know
a word from a place in the bible, you can usually look up that word, and go down the list of places where it's found, and
you'll find the verse you're wanting. Of course it doesn't list such words as "and," or "the." But I personally wouldn't want
to be without a concordance.
Down through the years, beginning as soon as Christ as a human left this earth, men have been predicting either
that He has already come back, or have been setting a date when He will. The latest that I've seen at this writing was the
man who said it would happen May 21st, 2011. And he had many people believing it. And as I said earlier, that's just proof
that they haven't read their bible. And it won't be spread out over several months' time, as this latest one predicted. It
will happen in the twinkling of an eye.
And I'll close with my prediction of when He will come...He will come for YOU, either as you draw your last
breath, or if you're still alive, you'll be changed "in the twinkling of an eye" (First Corinthians 15:52) For you, that will
be the end of this world. Your place in the next world depends on how you were living when that final breath occurred. No
turning back. No second chance. Those left behind will have a chance to accept Christ, but they will go through the Tribulation
Time, the Mark of the Beast, and the Battle of Armageddon, and the Bible is not optimistic that they will repent. My advice
is to get ready now, if you haven't already.
For the end of the world for all time, only God knows that date. Make no mistake, it will all begin with Christ's
Second Coming. It will happen, so get ready now to go with Him and avoid all the terrible things that will happen before the
Great Judgment Day.
